Security:
Community Cancer Care ("CCC") collects only the domain name, but not the email address of visitors to our Web page and only aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit. Only the email addresses of those visitors who communicate with CCC via email will be collected.
The information CCC collects is used for internal review and is then discarded, and is used to improve the content of our Web page. This information is not shared with other businesses or organizations for commercial purposes. We do not set any cookies or share information with any adware companies.
CCC has implemented security measures in our physical facilities to help protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from the visitors at our site.
Contact Us Form:
This page makes use of forms to contact CCC by email. We collect visitor's contact information (i.e. an email address) on this form. Contact information from this form is used to send responses to questions and information about CCC to our visitors. The contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor in response to the reason the visitor contacted us. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings by notifying CCC at info@cccoutreach.com.
Surveys:
From time to time CCC may contact visitor's who contact CCC with surveys. CCC uses these surveys to gather user feedback to better improve our Site. The contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when something in the survey requires a response (i.e. a question in a comment field or to request more information about a suggestion made).
