Security:
Community Cancer Care ("CCC") collects only the domain name, but not the email address of visitors to our Web page and only aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit. Only the email addresses of those visitors who communicate with CCC via email will be collected.

The information CCC collects is used for internal review and is then discarded, and is used to improve the content of our Web page. This information is not shared with other businesses or organizations for commercial purposes. We do not set any cookies or share information with any adware companies.

CCC has implemented security measures in our physical facilities to help protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from the visitors at our site.

Contact Us Form:
This page makes use of forms to contact CCC by email. We collect visitor's contact information (i.e. an email address) on this form. Contact information from this form is used to send responses to questions and information about CCC to our visitors. The contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor in response to the reason the visitor contacted us. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings by notifying CCC at info@cccoutreach.com.

Surveys:
From time to time CCC may contact visitor's who contact CCC with surveys. CCC uses these surveys to gather user feedback to better improve our Site. The contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when something in the survey requires a response (i.e. a question in a comment field or to request more information about a suggestion made).

CCC may provide links to other sites maintained by third parties. CCC has no control over such sites and resources and as such is not responsible or liable for the any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. At a future time, CCC may begin using contact information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our Site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. We will use contact information for these new purposes only for data collected from the time of the policy change forward. Upon request CCC provides site visitors with access to communications that the contact/visitor has directed to our site (i.e. emails, contact inquiries), contact information (i.e. name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them. Upon request CCC offers visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information and in communications that the contact/visitor has directed to the site. Contacts/visitors can have this information corrected by sending us email at info@cccoutreach.com.

Any entities into which our company may be merged, or to which any of our assets, ownership or operations may be transferred, may use information to the same extent that we do under this privacy policy statement, as it may be amended from time to time.
